Stomping Grounds
Bring someone who takes their coffee as seriously as you do. Stomping Grounds is marking the occasion with two offers at its Jumeirah 1 café. For takeaway orders, buying any coffee gets you a second of the same drink and size free, served during the same visit. If you’re staying, any coffee purchase comes with bottomless filter coffee throughout the day.
The filter selection will rotate through beans from Brazil, Kenya, El Salvador and Colombia, roasted locally by Specialty Batch. There’s plenty to explore between refills, and the baristas can help you choose based on what you normally enjoy.

Kairos Coffee Assembly
If you’re curious about pour-over coffee, Kairos is offering a chance to taste it without committing to a full order. The Al Quoz café will serve complimentary V60 tastings all day on 1 October, with three coffees on rotation.
The Colombian selection has tasting notes of grapes, dark chocolate, raisins and plum, while the Ethiopian coffee brings floral notes, candied orange and apricot. Kenya’s Miiri coffee rounds out the selection with blackcurrant, cherry, honey and tamarind. Trying them is a useful introduction to how much flavour can vary between coffees, even when they’re brewed using the same method.
The day also marks the launch of Kairos Circle, its loyalty programme, which offers every eleventh cup free and early access to specials and events.

Coffee Planet
Coffee Planet is taking its celebrations across Dubai with a hunt for Ross, its master roaster. From 1 October, clues and live location updates on coffeeplanetglobal will help followers track him down, with appearances planned around DWTC, Al Wasl, JVC and Dubai Hills.
Once you find him, you’ll need to show that you follow the account and take a Coffee Planet trivia challenge. The highest scorer at each location wins a year’s supply of specialty coffee, so knowing a little about what goes into your cup could pay off.
There’s also a way to participate through Instagram Stories. Use the account’s “Add Yours” sticker to share a Coffee Planet sighting or your own coffee moment for another chance to win.
From 1 October. Exact locations and appearance times will be announced through Coffee Planet’s Instagram account.
Uptown Social
An early coffee date gets you two cups for the price of one at Uptown Social. The café at Uptown Tower in JLT is offering buy one, get one free on all coffee beverages before noon on 1 October.
Espresso, latte or flat white, the offer covers the coffee menu, giving you room to stick with your favourite or order something different with a friend.

SHUKR Bakehouse
Cheese and coffee meet in SHUKR’s latest creation, available in Black Honey and Bold Coconut flavours. The drink combines coffee with creamy, savoury cheese notes, offering something different for anyone ready to move beyond their usual order.
SHUKR suggests pairing it with its ensaymadas, the bakehouse’s signature pastries. You’ll find it inside 11 Woodfire in Jumeirah 1.

Caffeine & Culture
The V60 collection at Caffeine & Culture gives adventurous coffee drinkers plenty to try. Watermelon, Peach Colombia, Lychee and Tobacco are its four flavour profiles, developed through co-fermentation without added syrups or artificial flavourings.
The process involves fermenting coffee with selected ingredients, such as fruits, spices or florals, in a sealed tank to develop flavour. For those who prefer an espresso, El Escondido has notes of caramel, creamy chocolate, honey, cacao nibs and gooseberry, while Choco Hazelnut offers hazelnut, almond and chocolate notes.

Costa Coffee
Costa’s seasonal menu offers a sweeter direction for your coffee break, with Salted Nut Fudge Latte, Ruby Espresso and Tiramisu Cloud among the limited-edition drinks. The Coffee Day promotion also gives new Costa Club members 2,000 Beans with their first purchase through the app, advertised as a free-coffee reward.
For something to eat with your drink, Costa has teamed up with Dubai brand Fadie Cakes on three individual Bundtkins. Chocolate comes with molten chocolate gianduja and milk chocolate cream cheese icing. Bisco combines Biscoff cake with cream cheese and frosting, while Orange Creamsicle pairs orange sponge with vanilla custard and orange cream cheese frosting.

Coterie Kitchen
If you’re planning to spend part of the day working from a café, Coterie Kitchen’s weekday offer includes unlimited brewed coffee and still water for AED 25.
Available from 8am to 3pm, it gives you several hours to settle in with a laptop or a book. This is an ongoing weekday offer, so it’s also worth keeping in mind beyond Coffee Day.
