The 9 Rooms I Couldn’t Stop Thinking About at WOW!house 2026

From the moment I stepped through the doors of WOW!house 2026, there was a palpable sense of magic in the air.

Perhaps it was the scent of fresh flowers drifting through the corridors, the hushed conversations between designers and visitors, or the simple thrill of knowing that behind every doorway lay an entirely different world. Whatever it was, WOW!house 2026 felt especially transportive. More than ever, the rooms weren’t simply spaces to admire; they were experiences to step inside, stories to inhabit and moods to surrender to.

As always, there were plenty of beautiful interiors. But these were the rooms that stopped me in my tracks. The spaces I found myself returning to throughout the day, discovering new details with every visit.

1. Samuel Heath Primary Bathroom by Rigby & Rigby

Stepping into the Primary Bathroom felt like entering a moment of calm amid the energy of the showhouse.

Rigby & Rigby has created a beautifully composed space where every material feels carefully considered. Warm stone surfaces, softly illuminated details and Samuel Heath’s exquisitely crafted brassware combine to create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and serene.

What struck me most was the room’s confidence. Nothing feels excessive. Instead, the design relies on proportion, craftsmanship and restraint to make its impact.

In a house filled with visual statements, its quiet elegance proved impossible to ignore.

2. Nucleus Immersive Room by Russell Sage Studio

Some rooms are beautiful.

Others make you stop and think.

Russell Sage Studio’s Nucleus Immersive Room falls firmly into the latter category. Unlike anything else in the house, the space explores how interiors can influence emotion, perception and wellbeing.

As you move through the room, the atmosphere shifts around you. Light, texture and technology work together to create an environment that feels deeply immersive without ever becoming overwhelming.

It is one of the most memorable experiences in the entire showhouse.

3. Munder Skiles Courtyard by Richard Miers

Walking into Richard Miers’ courtyard felt like taking a deep breath.

After moving through a series of richly layered interiors, the courtyard setting provides a welcome sense of space and tranquillity. Carefully structured planting, elegant landscaping and beautifully crafted furniture create a courtyard that feels timeless rather than trend-led.

Every angle has been thoughtfully considered, drawing the eye through the space and encouraging visitors to slow down.

It is a reminder that some of the most luxurious environments are often the simplest.

4. Martin Moore Kitchen with Samantha Bartlett

Kitchens are often described as the heart of the home, but Samantha Bartlett’s room for Martin Moore genuinely feels like one.

There is an immediate warmth to the space. Rich timber cabinetry, layered textures and botanical references create an environment that feels both sophisticated and deeply inviting.

Rather than presenting the kitchen as a showroom, Bartlett has created a room with soul. The kind of space where every detail feels collected, considered and personal.

I found myself returning to this room more than once, noticing something new each time.

5. Schumacher Dining Room by Max Rollitt

Max Rollitt’s dining room is a masterclass in atmosphere.

The space feels wonderfully established, as though it has evolved over decades rather than being created for a showhouse. Layer upon layer of pattern, antiques and architectural detail creates a richness that immediately draws visitors in.

Despite its grandeur, however, the room never feels intimidating.

Instead, it feels warm, welcoming and full of character, the sort of room that encourages guests to settle in and stay a little longer.

6. The Parlour by Martin Kemp Design

Few rooms at WOW!house possess the presence of The Parlour.

From the moment you enter, your attention is drawn to its dramatic drapery, sculptural furniture and beautifully layered textures. There is an undeniable theatricality to the scheme, yet it remains remarkably intimate.

The room unfolds gradually as you move through it, revealing moments of craftsmanship and creativity at every turn.

It is bold, confident and utterly unforgettable.

7. Ca’ Pietra Bathroom by De Rosee Sa

There was something incredibly transportive about this room.

Drawing on a palette of richly textured stone, De Rosee Sa has created a bathroom that feels sun-soaked, relaxed and effortlessly elegant. The materials do much of the storytelling, with every surface inviting closer inspection.

The room captures the warmth and sophistication of a luxury Mediterranean retreat without ever feeling themed or overly decorative.

It is a beautiful demonstration of the power of materiality.

8. THG Paris Powder Room by Studio Mark Andrew

If WOW!house has a jewel box this year, this is it.

Studio Mark Andrew’s powder room is a celebration of glamour, drama and meticulous detailing. Rich finishes, layered lighting and carefully curated moments of surprise create a space that feels both playful and sophisticated.

Visitors naturally linger here, discovering new details with every glance.

It is one of those rare rooms that manages to feel immersive, theatrical and elegant all at once.

9. Lalique Home Bar by Elicyon

WOW!house

No room captured the spirit of celebration quite like Elicyon’s extraordinary home bar for Lalique.

From the moment you step inside, your eye is drawn to the interplay of crystal, light and luxurious materials. Every detail feels exquisitely crafted, creating an atmosphere that is both intimate and opulent.

What makes the room so successful is its storytelling. It evokes a world of glamorous entertaining and timeless sophistication without relying on cliché.

Like the finest bars, it possesses an irresistible sense of occasion.

And long after leaving WOW!house, this was one of the rooms I found myself thinking about most.

My Final Thoughts

The best rooms at WOW!house do more than showcase beautiful products or decorative ideas.

They make you feel something.

Whether through atmosphere, craftsmanship, imagination or sheer creativity, these nine spaces demonstrate why WOW!house remains one of the most exciting events on the design calendar. They are rooms that invite visitors to pause, look closer and dream a little bigger.

And in a world increasingly dominated by screens, there is something rather magical about that.
