Dubai Watch Week 2025 proved, once again, why the region has become one of the most influential hubs in contemporary watchmaking. Among the many noteworthy launches, seven new watches stood out, each a testament to the creativity, craftsmanship and ambition shaping haute horlogerie today.
Zenith Favourite: Daniel Roth Tourbillon Platinum
Daniel Roth continued its modern revival with a platinum edition of its celebrated tourbillon. Evolving from the earlier rose gold model which was itself inspired by the C187 of 1988, this version features an anthracite mainplate decorated with pinstripe guilloché inside the classic double-ellipse case. The triple seconds tourbillon display remains the star of the design. Not limited and priced at $229,416

Arnold & Son Constant Force Tourbillon 11 Platinum
Arnold & Son marked the fair with a deeply historical tribute: the Constant Force Tourbillon 11 in platinum. Honouring the friendship between John Arnold and Abraham-Louis Breguet, this edition replaces the earlier white enamel dial with an exquisite hand-engraved yellow gold dial. The constant-force mechanism remains fully exposed on the front, paired with a flying tourbillon and exceptional finishing. Limited to 11 pieces and priced at $174,353

Chopard L.U.C Grand Strike
A masterclass in chiming complications, the L.U.C Grand Strike showcases Chopard’s patented sapphire monobloc crystal gong system. Every element of the mechanism is visible, and the single-pusher activation allows seamless switching between Grande Sonnerie, Petite Sonnerie and Silence. This is one of the most technically impressive releases of the fair. Price: $967,252

Girard-Perregaux Laureato Three Gold Bridges
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Laureato, Girard-Perregaux unveiled the Laureato Three Gold Bridges. Drawing inspiration from the legendary La Esmeralda pocket watch, the movement is arranged vertically from barrel to hands to tourbillon. Its openworked movement set within a luxury sports case creates a striking contrast. Limited to 50 pieces and priced at $200,800 excluding VAT.

H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Perpetual Moon Concept Meteorite
Moser introduced the first moon phase display in the Streamliner collection with the Perpetual Moon Concept Meteorite. A slice of genuine Gibeon meteorite treated with a rose gold fumé finish forms the centrepiece of the dial, while the stainless steel case keeps the watch comfortably wearable. The moon phase display is highly accurate, and the in-house movement includes Moser’s own hairspring. Not limited and priced at $43,000

Ressence Type 1 Round RG
Ressence returned to its core identity with the Type 1 Round RG. The model features a warm rose gold coloured convex dial inside a Grade 5 titanium case. The signature orbital display remains as captivating as ever. Winding and setting the movement are done through the flip-up lever on the caseback. Limited to 70 pieces and priced at $22,500.

Tudor Ranger Dune White (36mm and 39mm)
Tudor added both a new size and a fresh dial to the Ranger line. The introduction of a 36mm case and a crisp Dune White dial broadens the collection considerably. Black-outlined numerals and hands deliver strong contrast, offering an appealing alternative to the original black version. Powered by the MT5400 and MT5402 automatic calibres, the models are priced between $3,120 and $3,450 depending on size and strap or bracelet.

Dubai Watch Week has grown far beyond its regional origins and is now one of the most important stages for contemporary watchmaking. These seven releases capture the range of innovation and artistry that defined the 2025 edition.
