Beyond engineering, these vehicles are immersive experiences that combine luxury, artistry, and mindful living.
At the heart of this achievement are Rolls-Royce’s global Private Offices in Dubai, Seoul, Shanghai, New York and Goodwood. These creative spaces allow clients to collaborate directly with designers, resulting in more than double the number of Bespoke commissions compared to the previous year. Each motor car becomes a unique expression of individuality, a meditation on craft, and a celebration of creativity.
Innovations in Craft and Materials
2025 saw Rolls-Royce push the boundaries of material and artistic expression. Techniques such as three-dimensional ink layering, marquetry, and embroidery were reimagined in sculptural forms. Interiors incorporated polished concrete, 24-carat gold leaf, and fully hand-painted Starlight Headliners. The Phantom Centenary Private Collection, limited to 25 vehicles, epitomises this level of craftsmanship. Over 40,000 collective hours were devoted to creating intricate woodwork, embroidered fabrics, and gold detailing, honouring a century of Phantom heritage.

Distinctive Creative Themes
Bespoke commissions in 2025 were guided by three main themes:
Family, Memory and Legacy – Cars like Spectre Bailey, a tribute to a family pet, and Spectre Rose, inspired by a client’s daughter, translate intimate stories into tangible design through embroidered motifs, hand-painted coachlines, and unique colour palettes.
Nature, Place and the Elements – Vehicles such as Black Badge Cullinan Daisy and Black Badge Cullinan Series II Desert Sunset capture landscapes and celestial inspiration. Hand-painted motifs, celestial Starlight Headliners, and interior colours inspired by desert sunsets and northern constellations evoke serenity, mindfulness, and a deep sense of place.
Art, Culture and Contemporary Collectables – Rolls-Royce owners drew inspiration from couture, video games, and cultural symbolism. Black Badge Ghost Gamer features intricate pixelated motifs and a Starlight Headliner inspired by arcade games, while Phantom Dentelle celebrates the delicate textures of couture lace in over 230,000 embroidered stitches.

Expanding Bespoke Beyond Motor Cars
The 2025 Bespoke experience extended beyond automobiles into lifestyle objects, allowing owners to bring Rolls-Royce craftsmanship into their homes and offices. Popular pieces included the Rolls-Royce Cameo desktop sculpture and a hand-crafted chess set with leather-lined drawers, magnetised ceramic-coated pieces, and hand-finished veneer boards. These items echo the commissioning process of a Bespoke motor car, blending artistry with everyday mindfulness.

Middle East and Africa: A Hub of Innovation
The Middle East and Africa played a pivotal role in 2025. Phantom’s centenary was celebrated through immersive experiences in Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The region also witnessed the regional debut of Black Badge Spectre, as well as the expansion of the retail network with new dealerships in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt. Private Office Dubai, celebrating its third anniversary, completed over 100 highly complex commissions, reinforcing the region’s leadership in Bespoke by value per car.
