A refreshing mocktail completes the experience.
Served on the terrace at Manarat Al Saadiyat, it’s an alfresco pause shaped by gentle weather and Mediterranean warmth, ideal for colleagues, creatives and conversations that deserve a little breathing room.

For a Lunar New Year celebration done with restraint and polish. On the day itself, the MICHELIN-select restaurant presents a special Chinese New Year set menu, paired with a live DJ to keep the mood contemporary. Expect vibrant pours like the Fresca, a mix of Jose Cuervo Silver, lime, yuzu, cucumber, blue curaçao, and mint, or the smoky Ebano Paloma, a combination of Mezcal Verde, Jose Cuervo Black, grapefruit, lime, and saline, with a Tajín rim for a hit of heat. Each sip sets the rhythm for the night ahead. From 8 to 11 pm, a live Latin American singer brings smooth vocals and island-inspired energy, lifting the mood and keeping the buzz flowing well into the evening.
