Dubai is a city that’s constantly evolving. From cultural spaces to new restaurants and eateries, it seems there’s a never-ending list of places to try week after week.
If you’re a foodie, Dubai is definitely the city for you. With renowned restaurants arriving from London, Paris, New York and many other global cities, alongside homegrown establishments now being exported internationally, the city boasts an abundance of dining options.
At Zenith, we thought we’d help you navigate the exciting world of new restaurant launches.
Here are the restaurants that opened in Dubai this week:

Since its launch earlier this year, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has become one of the city’s hotspots for both residents and tourists. The latest addition to Dubai’s ever-expanding culinary scene is arguably one of the city’s finest steakhouses. With a classic steakhouse interior and impressive views, the meat truly takes centre stage here.
The Cullinan offers a remarkable selection of meat cuts, with a detailed menu that shares short stories about each producer. The menu also features wood-fired prawns and scallops, along with a host of delectable desserts.

Launched by Fundamental Hospitality – the group behind some of the city’s most beloved restaurants such as Gaia and Shanghai Me – INA is the latest open-flame cooking experience, helmed by Glen Ballis.
Named after the Yoruba word for “fire”, this restaurant is the newest attraction at J1 Beach. Unlike other venues that transform into beach clubs, INA remains a dedicated restaurant. Its open-fire menu delivers a primal flavour profile, featuring fire-grilled meats and seasonal vegetables.

If you’re seeking a blend of history and modernity, Viceroy’s Table is the place to be. Inspired by the old Indian Viceroy’s Table Clubs, this new concept in Dubai offers classic Indian flavours with a contemporary twist.
Expect tandoor dishes, club cocktails infused with Indian spices, and the finest seasonal British ingredients. The interior is equally captivating, combining timeless elegance with modern styling to create a refined experience where the old world meets the new.
Location: Hyatt Place, Al Mina Street

Founded by the late Sir David Tang, the renowned Cantonese restaurant first opened at The Dorchester in London. Now, China Tang has arrived in Dubai at The Lana Promenade, bringing with it the iconic legacy of refined, nostalgic Cantonese cuisine that made its London counterpart so famous.
The restaurant’s interior pays homage to 1930s Shanghai glamour, with mirrored walls, art deco finishes, velvet textures and dimmed lighting. As for the main event – the food – it’s everything you’d expect from China Tang: refined traditional Cantonese dishes including Foie Gras Cherries, Shrimp Har Gau, Crispy Seafood Prawn Cheung-Fan, and the iconic Beijing Duck.
