Running from June 1 to 5, Lemon Week is Amaya’s newest limited-time dining concept, inspired by the bright flavours and laid-back elegance of Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Available daily from 12 to 5pm, the experience transforms the restaurant into a Mediterranean-style escape filled with citrus-forward dishes, coastal aesthetics and a menu built entirely around lemon in its many forms.
Priced at AED 189 per person, the set menu moves through a series of starters, mains and desserts designed to capture the freshness of Southern Italian summer dining.
The experience begins with a playful bite called the Lemonoli, featuring cream cheese-filled nocellara olives. Cold starters include burrata paired with organic farm tomatoes, basil leaves and lemon caviar, alongside an Amalfi Salad layered with prawns, asparagus, green beans, avocado and taggiasca olives. Another starter combines baby gem lettuce, quinoa, mango and an olive oil lemon dressing for something lighter and refreshing.
For the hot starter, guests are served Spaghetti Lemon Aglio, a citrusy take on the classic aglio e olio finished with lemon essence, olive oil and parsley.
Main course options include a Chicken Ballotine stuffed with bacon, mushroom and spinach, served with lemon risotto, or a beef tenderloin Medallion Scallopini finished with lemon cream sauce and capers.
Dessert keeps the citrus theme going with a choice between homemade Amalfi Lemon Sorbet or Lemon Mande, a creamy lemon mousse layered with bright citrus gel.
Set against Amaya’s location inside The Dubai Mall, the concept feels intentionally timed for the start of summer, tapping into the Mediterranean-inspired dining mood currently taking over Dubai’s restaurant scene. It is fresh, colourful and designed for leisurely afternoon lunches rather than long formal dinners.
Lemon Week will run for five days only from June 1 until June 5 at Amaya Dubai, located on the first floor near the waterfalls at The Dubai Mall.
