What’s on Our Beauty Radar This Week

Beauty stories worth knowing about, spanning major regional arrivals, cult favourites, complexion updates and a lip balm duo that sounds suspiciously like dessert.

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga has arrived in the Middle East

Beauty

The wait is over. Haus Labs by Lady Gaga has officially made its Middle East debut, bringing the brand’s full colour and complexion assortment to the region.

Two of its biggest global sellers are leading the introduction. Triclone Skin Tech Foundation is a weightless, buildable medium coverage formula infused with more than 20 skincare ingredients and offered in an impressive 51 shades across six undertone families. The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer comes in 31 shades across six shade families and combines coverage with blurring, brightening and depuffing benefits.

Fenty Beauty gives Pro Filt’r a major rethink

Fenty Beauty has spent seven years listening to community feedback, almost three years developing the formula and 800 hours testing it. The result is Pro Filt’r Fluid Flex Natural Matte Longwear Foundation, the latest evolution of one of the categories that helped put Fenty Beauty on the map.

The new formula offers medium, buildable coverage with a natural matte finish, with more neutral options added across the shade range. Its Fluid Flex technology is designed to bend and stretch with facial movement, while Starfruit Extract helps control excess oil and shine.

There’s also a new Pro Filt’r Fluid Flex Foundation Brush 165, with a shape designed to follow the contours of the face and distribute foundation evenly without picking up more product than necessary.

Saie is making a case for the single eyeshadow again

There was something wonderfully straightforward about ’90s eye makeup. One very good shadow, a few swipes across the lid and you were done. Saie is revisiting that approach with SuperSuede Baked Eyeshadow, fronted by ’90s supermodel Helena Christensen.

The collection comprises 11 individual neutral shades in demi-matte and low-lit shimmer finishes. The names read like a particularly good Italian dessert order: Panna Cotta, Cannoli, Biscotti, Amaretto, Dolce and Tiramisu make up the demi-mattes, while Sorbetto, Gelato, Granita, Affogato and Tartufo bring the shimmer.

Each shadow is baked in Italy and formulated with jojoba esters, ceramides and squalane. Saie promises 16-hour wear without primer, with a formula designed to resist creasing, caking and fading.

Asteri Beauty puts seven complexion products in one compact

Asteri Beauty’s Spectrum Palette takes care of bronzer, blush and highlighter in one gold compact, with seven formulas across four different textures.

There’s Solis powder bronzer and Umbra cream bronzer for warmth and definition; Haze cream blush and Dusk powder blush for colour; followed by three different approaches to highlighter. Moon is a cream, Stardust is a baked powder and Lustre offers a silky gleam finish.

Murumuru seed butter and squalane appear in the cream formulas, while the powders use ingredients including Vitamin E, tapioca starch and treated mica. Everything is designed to be layered, mixed and built up depending on the finish you want.

Lanolips has been looking at the dessert menu

Lanolips has taken its cult 101 Ointment Multi-Balm somewhere considerably sweeter with two flavours: Butterscotch Cookie and White Chocolate Raspberry.

Butterscotch Cookie combines golden butterscotch with baked-cookie notes, while White Chocolate Raspberry pairs creamy white chocolate with raspberry. Underneath all that gourmand business is the rich lanolin-based hydration associated with the original 101 Ointment.

Even the campaign commits to the theme, surrounding the tubes with cookies, white chocolate and raspberries. We respect the commitment.

Dr. Barbara Sturm’s latest mask turns from cream to oil

The Super Anti-Aging Face Mask Rich joins Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Super Anti-Aging Collection with an interesting texture shift built into the treatment.

Applied once a week, the rich cream is left on for 15 to 20 minutes until it melts into an oil. The accompanying stainless-steel Gua Sha is then used to massage the oil into the skin with gentle strokes towards the ears and collarbone.

The formula brings together Japanese Camellia Oil and Passionfruit Oil, both rich in Omega 9 fatty acids, with a Hyaluronic Acid Complex, Glycolipids and Barley Extract. Biofermented Purslane, Cherimoya Extract, Sunflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E add antioxidant and barrier-supporting ingredients. According to the brand’s clinical testing, the treatment improved skin elasticity by 84 per cent after five applications.

For an extra cooling element, the Gua Sha can also be kept in the fridge before use.

KIKO Milano goes maxi with 48 new eyeshadows

KIKO Milano has expanded its Maxi Mod family in a fairly substantial way, adding a new waterproof mascara and 48 new High Pigment Eyeshadow shades.

Developed with makeup artists, the eyeshadow collection spans understated neutrals through to much bolder colour, with matte, matte-and-pearl and satin finishes.

The Maxi Mod Length & Curl Waterproof Mascara joins them with a mini twisted brush and a 24-hour, sweat- and smudge-resistant formula. In KIKO Milano’s instrumental testing, lashes appeared 11.7 per cent longer and 16.8 per cent curlier after one coat. The formula is also suitable for sensitive eyes and contact-lens wearers.

KIKO Milano’s cult lip gloss just picked up an Allure award

KIKO Milano makes a second appearance this week for a very different reason. Its bestselling 3D Hydra Lipgloss has been named a 2026 Allure Best of Beauty Award winner, as the awards mark their 30th anniversary.

The gloss already has quite the following, with KIKO Milano reporting that one is sold globally every second. Its non-sticky formula is designed to add shine while leaving lips hydrated and visibly smoother, with 30 shades and finishes spanning transparent, pearly, glossy and more highly pigmented options.

The 3D Hydra Lipgloss will also appear in Allure’s limited-edition 30th anniversary Best of Beauty Box, alongside 29 other award-winning products.

Beauty Works takes on Dubai humidity

There are two versions of summer hair in Dubai, the hair you leave the house with and the hair you meet again after ten minutes outside. Between humidity, heat, UV exposure and the general punishment of being outdoors, keeping hair smooth, hydrated and
manageable is a full time job.

The good news? This is where Beauty Works’ Miracle Leave-In Spray comes in. The lightweight formula is designed to condition and detangle damp hair while helping strands stay softer, smoother and easier to manage before styling.

The spray also offers a first look at what’s next for the British haircare brand. Beauty Works is launching its new Wet Line in stores this September, expanding its offering with a new approach to everyday haircare.
