Val d’Isère has long been one of the French Alps’ most coveted destinations, drawing royalty, celebrities and devoted skiers to its world-class slopes. Soon, it will welcome a new luxury address.
Evok Collection has acquired the historic Hôtel La Savoyarde, which will be transformed into Nolinski Val d’Isère, scheduled to open in December 2029. The opening marks Nolinski’s first mountain destination, following acclaimed properties in Paris and Venice, with Saint-Tropez set to join the collection.
A beloved fixture of Val d’Isère since the 1970s, Hôtel La Savoyarde has hosted generations of loyal guests and become one of the resort’s most treasured addresses. Evok Collection plans to preserve that legacy while introducing Nolinski’s signature blend of refined design, warm hospitality and understated luxury.

The six-storey retreat will feature 45 rooms and suites, many with private balconies overlooking the village and surrounding peaks. Guests can expect a restaurant and bar, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, a dedicated kids’ club and family-friendly accommodation, creating an elegant base for alpine escapes.
The transformation has been entrusted to Le Coadic & Scotto, the architects behind several landmark Evok Collection projects, including Cour des Vosges and Nolinski Venezia. Their vision will balance contemporary sophistication with the building’s historic character, creating a mountain retreat that feels both timeless and distinctly Nolinski.
When it opens, Nolinski Val d’Isère promises to bring a fresh perspective on alpine luxury, combining the intimacy of a private chalet with the elevated service and design for which the brand has become known.
