Whether you’re after a classic American-style cheeseburger, something indulgently over-the-top or one of the city’s buzziest homegrown concepts, these are the burgers worth planning your cheat day around.
Good Burger

Good Burger is marking International Burger Day with the launch of its limited-edition Umami Burger, available for one day only on May 28. The burger features a dry-aged beef patty layered with miso caramelised onion, crispy onions, aged cheddar and brown butter aioli — designed around deep savoury umami flavours and rich textures.
Priced at AED 80, only a limited number will be available before they sell out.
The homegrown concept, founded by husband-and-wife duo Luma Makhlouf and Haider Al Assam, has quickly built a loyal following thanks to its thicker patties, custom in-house beef blend and nostalgic all-American aesthetic.
Sal’s Burger Kitchen

Sal’s is celebrating World Burger Day with a free slider giveaway. Diners ordering any burger or burger combo on May 28 will receive a complimentary slider of their choice, including the Sal’s Burger Slider, Entrecôte Slider or Le French Slider.
The offer runs all day from opening until close, making it one of the better-value burger deals happening across the city.
Three Cuts Steakhouse & Bar

Three Cuts brings steakhouse energy to burger season with its indulgent Burgers & Beer pairing menu. The Three Cuts Burger is served sliced over Green Peppercorn or Entrecôte sauce for a dip-as-you-go experience, alongside skinny fries and a draught beer.
Available Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 7pm, the full set is priced at AED 150.
The Coterie

The Coterie Burger remains one of the city’s more elevated options, built around a 230g Wagyu beef blend with smoked applewood cheddar, tomato chutney and chip shop chips. Add a fried egg or veal bacon if you really want to lean into it.
Maxzi The Good Food Shop

Maxzi has become one of Dubai’s most consistently recommended burger spots, particularly among local burger obsessives online. The menu focuses on fresh Wagyu smash burgers topped with house master sauce, onions and pickles, with standout orders including the Truffle & Mushroom Cheeseburger and MAXZImum Meat Lovers burger.
Wet Black Burger

Known as Dubai’s first AI-designed burger restaurant, Wet Black Burger combines playful branding with genuinely solid burgers. The Gorilla Black Burger comes stacked with double smash patties, cheddar and caramelised crispy onions inside a black brioche bun, while the Unstoppable Burger leans more indulgent with Wagyu beef and mushroom sauce.
Lads Burger

Open 24 hours, Lads Burger has long been one of Dubai’s classic burger institutions. The diner-style spot is known for stacked burgers, loaded fries and unapologetically indulgent comfort food that continues to pull crowds at all hours.
Pickl

Few burger brands have shaped Dubai’s smash burger movement quite like Pickl. What started as a homegrown lockdown favourite has grown into one of the city’s most recognisable burger names, known for crispy-edged smashed patties, soft potato buns and addictive comeback sauce.
The Cheeseburger and Double Cheeseburger remain the go-to orders, while the Nashville-style chicken burgers have developed their own cult following.
High Joint

Consistently ranked among Dubai’s best burgers by local food communities, High Joint has built its reputation on quality ingredients and inventive flavour combinations. The compact burger spot is particularly famous for creations like the High Jamz burger, layered with beef bacon jam and melted cheese, alongside rotating specials that regularly draw queues.
Shake Shack

Sometimes a classic is still the answer. Shake Shack continues to hold its place in Dubai’s burger scene thanks to its perfectly executed ShackBurger, crinkle-cut fries and consistently reliable quality. For many burger fans, it remains the benchmark for a fast-casual cheeseburger done properly.
