Dubai’s wellness landscape is about to welcome a new icon. Sacra, an ultra-luxe bathhouse and spa concept, is set to open its doors this March in Jumeirah 1, redefining what modern wellbeing looks like in the region.

Set to become the Middle East’s largest Spa and Bath Club, and the region’s only World Spa Resort, Sacra promises an immersive sanctuary designed for deep restoration, recovery and reconnection. For a city that rarely slows down, this opening could not come at a more opportune moment.
Spanning an impressive 2,500 square metres, Sacra has been designed as a destination rather than a fleeting appointment. This is a place to linger, to disconnect from the pace of daily life and to surrender fully to rest. From the moment guests step inside, the atmosphere invites calm, quiet and considered indulgence, offering a rare opportunity to genuinely pause in the heart of Dubai.
A New Benchmark for Bathing Rituals
At the heart of Sacra is its 50 square metre banya chamber, one of the largest of its kind in the Middle East and powered by a 55 tonne gas heater. Rooted in traditional Russian bathing culture, the banya offers an elevated steam ritual using hot air, water and herbal whisks crafted from fir, birch and oak. This time honoured practice is celebrated for supporting circulation, releasing muscular tension and encouraging deep, natural rejuvenation. It is a signature experience that speaks to Sacra’s commitment to heritage rituals, interpreted through a contemporary lens.
The hydrothermal circuit is equally considered. Guests can move seamlessly between a Turkish hammam, Finnish sauna, specialty steam rooms, jacuzzis and ice baths, as well as cold plunge barrels, a cryotherapy chamber, pressure chamber, floating area and a salt grotto designed to support respiratory cleansing and skin health. Each space has been curated to offer contrast, balance and renewal, allowing the body to reset through temperature, texture and ritual.

Personalised Treatments and Expert Care
Beyond its bathing experiences, Sacra offers an extensive menu of spa treatments, massages and personalised bodywork. Every therapist is highly trained and focused on long term wellbeing, ensuring that each experience is tailored to individual needs. This is not about fleeting luxury, but about meaningful care that leaves a lasting impact long after guests depart.

Privacy, Elevated
Discretion and comfort sit at the heart of the Sacra experience. The bathhouse offers separate men’s and women’s areas, creating an environment that feels both respectful and refined. For those seeking complete seclusion, three immersive VIP Suites offer private sanctuaries within the wider space.
The Chalet Suite evokes the intimacy of a luxury alpine retreat, warm and cocooning in its design. The Moroccan Suite draws on calming greens and blues inspired by serene garden courtyards, while the USSR Suite features rich red woods and vintage details that nod to heritage and nostalgia. Each suite feels like a world of its own, designed for those who wish to experience Sacra in absolute privacy.

A Destination to Dine and Linger
Sacra invites guests to stay longer through its in house restaurant, where Mediterranean influences meet premium steakhouse favourites and comforting Eastern European dishes. Every plate is approached with a wellness sensibility, offering nourishment that complements the restorative nature of the space. It is the final touch that transforms Sacra into a full day retreat, rather than a fleeting escape.
Sacra is set to open in mid March 2026 in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
