Inside WOW!house 2026: 22 Extraordinary Rooms Redefining Luxury Living in London

This summer, Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour once again becomes the epicentre of global interiors as WOW!house returns for its fifth and most ambitious edition yet.

Running from 2 June to 2 July 2026, the month-long design spectacle has evolved far beyond a traditional showhouse. Instead, it has become an immersive exploration of how we want to live now — emotionally, aesthetically and technologically.

Bringing together some of the world’s most celebrated interior designers, architects and luxury brands, WOW!house 2026 promises 22 full-scale rooms and outdoor spaces designed to provoke conversation, inspire imagination and deliver pure escapism.

Here are the standout spaces and design moments set to define this year’s edition.

1. The Garden Folly Is Set to Be the Most Photographed Space

Designed by Darren Price for Hector Finch, the new Garden Folly façade introduces an entirely fresh architectural layer to WOW!house. Classical proportions meet theatrical fantasy, while the adjoining Garden Room by Studio Enass promises a jewel-box interior rich in texture and atmosphere.

It signals one of the biggest shifts in WOW!house history: a more cohesive journey between exterior architecture and interior storytelling.

2. Francis Sultana’s Entrance Hall Will Deliver Pure Grandeur

Few designers understand contemporary glamour quite like Francis Sultana. His Entrance Hall is expected to set the tone for the entire experience — immersive, sculptural and unapologetically luxurious.

Expect dramatic forms, collectible design pieces and an atmosphere that blurs the line between private residence and gallery installation.

3. Albion Nord’s Drawing Room Will Reimagine the Modern English Home

The Albion Nord Drawing Room, sponsored by Turnell & Gigon Group, is poised to become one of the defining interiors of the season.

Known for balancing heritage with contemporary ease, the studio is expected to create a space that feels deeply British yet refreshingly current — layered textures, artisanal finishes and quietly confident elegance.

4. The Lalique Home Bar Will Bring Old-World Glamour Back

Wow!London

A collaboration between Lalique and Elicyon promises one of the moodiest and most seductive spaces at WOW!house.

The Home Bar is expected to channel Art Deco decadence through crystal detailing, ambient lighting and rich materiality — a reminder that entertaining at home is once again becoming an art form.

5. Róisín Lafferty’s Library Will Champion Emotional Design

Irish designer Róisín Lafferty takes on the Shepel’ Library with her signature emotionally intelligent approach to interiors.

One of the strongest themes across WOW!house 2026 is cocooning — spaces designed to comfort and envelop. This library is expected to embody that idea beautifully through layered textiles, tactile finishes and intimate lighting.

6. The Speakeasy Salon Is Bringing Drama Back to Interiors

Designed by Studio Duggan for Black Edition and Romo, the Speakeasy Salon embraces one of 2026’s defining aesthetics: quiet drama.

Think hidden corners, atmospheric lighting, deep tones and a cinematic sense of intimacy that feels worlds away from minimalist restraint.

7. Samantha Bartlett’s Kitchen Will Blur Function and Fantasy

The kitchen continues its transformation from practical workspace into emotional centrepiece, and the collaboration between Martin Moore and Samantha Bartlett is expected to showcase exactly why.

Expect craftsmanship-led cabinetry, sculptural detailing and a space designed equally for hosting, retreating and living beautifully.

8. Technology Is Becoming Invisible — and More Luxurious Than Ever

Beyond aesthetics, WOW!house 2026 reflects a major shift in how luxury interiors integrate technology. Thanks to new technology partner CEDIA, designers are embracing smart systems that disappear seamlessly into the architecture.

Integrated lighting, immersive audio and concealed screens will feature throughout the house, proving that the future of luxury living is less about visible gadgets and more about invisible comfort.

9. Jo Malone London Will Shape the Entire Sensory Experience

Returning as the official scent sponsor, Jo Malone London will once again transform WOW!house into a fully sensory experience.

Fragrance layering throughout the rooms ensures the event is not simply seen, but felt — reinforcing the growing importance of atmosphere in contemporary interior design.

10. WOW!house Is Championing the Future of Design Talent

At its core, WOW!house continues to position design as a force for cultural change. Its ongoing partnership with United in Design supports pathways into the interiors industry for underrepresented talent through internships, mentoring and workplace access.

It adds a meaningful layer to an event already shaping conversations around craftsmanship, inclusion and the future of luxury living.
