Everything You Need to Know About Ciel Dubai Marina

Dubai has a new icon and it rises 377 metres above the Marina. Ciel Dubai Marina, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, has officially opened, earning its title as the tallest hotel in the world and delivering every bit of spectacle the city is known for.

The experience starts the moment you step inside. With 1,004 rooms and suites spread across 82 floors, Ciel Dubai Marina leans into contrasts, sweeping views meet soft, organic interiors and dramatic architecture flows into calm, nature-led design. The showstopper sits high above it all, one of the world’s highest infinity pools, offering panoramic views across Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and the coastline.

Dining is a major draw. Guests can explore eight concepts, from the Mediterranean flavours of West 13 to the Asian buffet theatre at East 14 and the all-day comfort of Risen Café & Bakery. The arrival of Tattu Dubai marks a bold new chapter in destination dining: a multi-level world of modern Asian cuisine, a sky pool at 310 metres and an 81st-floor lounge with 360-degree vistas.

Wellness takes centre stage too. A luxury spa will debut in February 2026, while the 24-hour gym overlooks the skyline. Guests also receive access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah and families are welcomed with kids’ spaces and activities.

For its launch, Ciel is offering an Opening Offer with breakfast for two, early check-in, late check-out, a complimentary upgrade and 25% off at select dining venues. In a city of statement-making hotels, Ciel stands tall, literally and experientially, as Dubai Marina’s newest must-stay address.
