The project will be developed under an exclusive licensing agreement between ANAX Developments and Lagardère News, part of the French media giant Lagardère Group.
Located within the visionary Dubai Islands development, this luxury waterfront residence is poised to redefine branded living in the region.
The architecture and interiors will be crafted by award-winning design firm The One Atelier, globally recognised for translating the identities of premium fashion houses such as Dolce & Gabbana, Karl Lagerfeld, and Fendi Casa into residential experiences.
Co-creative direction will be helmed by ARQUINAUT, ELLE’s global design partner and the originator of the ELLE Residences brand concept.
