Welcoming the new year with intention and artistry, NIRI’s New Year Menu opens with a refined selection of starters, including edamame, spinach nasu goma, sake ginger ponzu, and corn tempura.
Guests then move to a trio of yakitori: octopus, wagyu kushiyaki with kizami wasabi, and taisho ebi, followed by an impressive sushi platter that blends sashimi and maki. For the main course, diners enjoy NIRI’s signature sesame soya beef, accompanied by broccolini dressed in smoky, light soya and finished with toasted bonito flakes. A final sweet note of kinako pistachio cheesecake with caramelised nuts and sour cherry compote brings the feast to a celebratory close.

Taparelle
Taparelle welcomes 2026 with a festive evening full of flavour and celebration. Set against the art-lined terrace at Manarat Al Saadiyat, guests can indulge in a carefully curated menu designed to mark the night in style. Starters include a decadent charcuterie board, crispy calamari, and the signature Prawns à l’Ail Noir, among many.
