Learn How to Make Neo-Neapolitan Pizza at FALCONE
Award-winning Dubai pizzeria FALCONE has launched private pizza masterclasses this summer, giving guests the chance to step behind the counter and learn how to make the restaurant’s world-ranked neo-Neapolitan pizzas.
The experience includes hands-on pizza making guided by the restaurant’s culinary team, with sessions available for both adults and children. Once the pizzas are ready, guests can settle in for lunch, dinner or gelato afterwards.

CarniStore and Soul Kitchen have teamed up for “Carni Diem”, a Tuesday-only dining series running throughout May.
The AED 175 set menu includes a burger made using CarniStore’s signature chuck, short rib and dry-aged brisket blend, along with Soul Kitchen fries, chipotle mayo and mini churros topped with crispy bacon bits and cinnamon-labneh ice cream. There’s also a bespoke cocktail called The Fig Situation made with fig leaf-infused rum and coconut-washed oolong tea.
