Following his successful tenure at the MICHELIN-starred Ossiano, where he was nominated as Gault&Millau UAE’s Future Great of the Year 2025, Chef Höfer has designed a private dining experience that reflects his passion for both European and Asian flavours.

Every dish at Robz’ Chef’s Table narrates a chapter from Höfer’s life, from his culinary apprenticeship in Germany to his work at some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens.

The evening begins with a homemade tepache to welcome guests, followed by 13 distinctive ‘impressions’ – dishes that tell the story of Chef Höfer’s journey.

Signature dishes include the Golden Egg, inspired by his travels in Thailand, which fuses French technique with Thai ingredients like lobster, tapioca pearls, and Tom Kha soup. Another highlight is Käse Spätzle, a German comfort food elevated with black truffle and crispy onions, offering a taste of Höfer’s roots.

One of the most unique aspects of the experience is the non-alcoholic pairing, which includes carefully crafted fermented drinks such as kombucha, lemonade, and tepache, along with rotating flavours that perfectly complement the dishes.

Höfer also adds a sentimental touch by using cutlery passed down from his grandmother, Lore, creating a nostalgic and personal connection to his culinary roots.

Born and raised in Überlingen, Germany, Robin Höfer’s love for cooking began at a young age. Inspired by his brother, a professional chef, he started his culinary journey with an apprenticeship in Germany before refining his skills in Europe’s top MICHELIN-Starred kitchens.

His travels to Asia and experience in Middle Eastern flavours have significantly influenced his cooking style, resulting in a fusion of bold and innovative dishes that showcase his passion for quality ingredients and refined techniques.
