Explore a Full Day of Movement at at Connect Pilates

Connect Pilates is opening the doors to its expanded studio at Al Habtoor Polo Resort for a complimentary day of movement and relaxation. The programme includes Reformer, Mat and Circuit Pilates, Yoga, TRX and Sound Healing, giving visitors the chance to sample several disciplines and meet the studio’s teaching team.
Families can also join a dance class created for mothers and children. All sessions welcome beginners, with instructors available throughout the day to offer guidance and answer questions.
