The Burberry x Sir Quentin Blake Collection Is a Celebration of British Imagination

Burberry has joined forces with one of Britain's most beloved artists, Sir Quentin Blake, for a capsule collection that brings his unmistakable illustrations into the world of luxury fashion.

Spanning womenswear, menswear and childrenswear, the collection transforms Blake’s playful drawings into wearable pieces, with hand-drawn feather motifs and whimsical characters appearing across trench coats, silk separates, knitwear and accessories.

The collaboration feels like a natural meeting of two British icons. While Burberry is synonymous with heritage craftsmanship, Blake’s illustrations have shaped generations of childhood memories through his work with authors including Roald Dahl.

The collection’s standout pieces are Burberry’s signature trench coats, reimagined with embroidered and printed versions of Blake’s artwork. Silk-lined interiors, delicate detailing and the artist’s signature hidden inside each coat add a thoughtful finishing touch.

Accessories, including Scottish-woven cashmere scarves and embroidered baseball caps, continue the playful theme, while dresses, T-shirts and knitwear offer a lighter interpretation of Blake’s imaginative world.

The launch coincides with the opening of the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration on 5 June 2026, the UK’s first permanent centre dedicated to illustration. Burberry has supported the project through funding, training programmes and community initiatives.

More than a fashion collaboration, the collection is a celebration of British creativity, combining Burberry’s craftsmanship with the joyful storytelling that has made Sir Quentin Blake a national treasure for nearly seventy years.
