Gentle Monster’s 2026 Veggie Collection turns nature into surreal eyewear futures

Gentle Monster has revealed its 2026 Veggie Collection, a striking new chapter in the brand’s ongoing exploration of eyewear as art object, performance piece and design experiment. Known for its boundary-pushing aesthetic and conceptual world-building, Gentle Monster once again blurs the line between the organic and the architectural with a collection inspired by the unexpected elegance of vegetables.

The campaign is fronted by Karina and Yosh, set within a dreamlike landscape where vegetables become a visual language of curiosity and distortion. The imagery unfolds like a cinematic vignette, positioning the collection not simply as eyewear, but as a narrative world shaped by eccentricity, texture and scale.

Expanding beyond the campaign, the launch is supported by a series of immersive pop-up installations across Los Angeles, Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok. Each space is conceived as an agricultural-inspired environment, reinterpreted through a surrealist lens.

Monumental tomato sculptures anchor the installations, while whimsical “Veggiemon” creatures populate the spaces, creating an environment that sits somewhere between installation art and fantasy playground. Visitors are invited to interact, photograph and inhabit the collection’s playful universe, reinforcing Gentle Monster’s commitment to experiential retail as cultural storytelling.

The 2026 Veggie Collection will launch globally on 5 June 2026, continuing the brand’s evolution at the intersection of fashion, art and immersive design.
