introduces new Arabic music programmes to foster resilience through the arts.

As families across the UAE look for ways to balance busy schedules with emotional enrichment, the Centre for Musical Arts (CMA) has announced it is extending its specialized programming and financial incentives through the end of May. The move is designed to make music education more accessible, prioritising flexibility and wellbeing for children and adults alike.

Lowering the Barrier to Entry

To encourage new and returning students to pick up an instrument, CMA has introduced several practical measures valid until the end of May. Full registration fee waivers are currently available for all new enrollments, short-term lesson packages have been designed to accommodate hectic schedules and students can access a 20% discount on all sheet music.

Beyond these incentives, the centre is expanding its cultural reach with the launch of its first Arabic Music Programme, which debuts with specialised instruction in the Oud. For adults looking for a creative outlet, the ‘Music for Wellbeing’ banner offers beginner-friendly group workshops such as Piano for Peace, Beat the Stress and Sing It Out Loud. The timing of these offers coincides with an increasing awareness of music as a tool for both cognitive development and mental health.

Currently serving over 1,200 students, CMA operates out of Al Jalila Cultural Centre and Mall of the Emirates.
