Wellness in the Sky at AURA Skypool

For those seeking balance and rejuvenation, Wellness in the Sky offers a series of weekly yoga and wellness sessions designed to nurture both body and mind.

Perched high above Palm Jumeirah, AURA Skypool has built its reputation on panoramic views and one of Dubai’s most sought-after infinity pools. Now, it is carving out space for something more intentional. Wellness in the Sky brings together movement, breathwork and stillness, all set against a 360-degree skyline that feels far removed from the pace of the city below.

At over 200 metres in the air, the sessions take place within AURA’s open-air pool deck, where the horizon stretches uninterrupted across the Palm, the Marina and the wider city. It’s a shift in perspective that naturally pulls focus inward, which is exactly what the programme leans into.

A Rotating Calendar of Movement and Mindfulness

The experience is built around a weekly schedule of classes that move between energy and stillness to provide a sanctuary for inner balance and revitalisation.

Yoga sits at the core, with sessions ranging from dynamic flows to slower, more restorative formats. Yin yoga paired with sound healing is a regular feature, designed to ease tension and settle the nervous system.

Morning sessions tend to focus on movement and activation, often timed with sunrise when the space feels at its calmest. Evening classes take a different approach, leaning into deeper stretches and guided sound work. Across the board, the emphasis stays consistently on improving flexibility, reducing stress and building a sense of balance that carries beyond the session.

There is also a broader mix of formats woven into the schedule, from stretching-focused classes to breath-led sessions and sound-based practices. The variety means you can return more than once without repeating the same experience, which makes it feel less like a one-off activity and more like a routine you can dip in and out of.

Schedule for April and May

The weekly schedule for April and May offers a mix of early morning and evening sessions spread across the weekend. On Fridays, the programme begins with a 6:30 am Power Vinyasa class, followed by an 8 am Deep Stretch session, both priced at AED 280 and inclusive of breakfast. Saturdays continue with a 6:30 am Awakening Vinyasa class, a shorter 45-minute session, followed by Dance Yoga at 8 am, also at AED 280 with breakfast included. The weekend concludes on Sunday evenings with an 8 pm Floating Immersive Breathwork session, a 60-minute experience priced at AED 300.

Beyond the Class

What sets Wellness in the Sky apart is what happens after the session ends. Morning bookings include access to the pool, giving you time to wind down, float, or simply sit with the view. It extends the experience and allows the transition from movement to rest to happen naturally.

Dubai is not short on wellness offerings, but few come with this kind of setting. At AURA, the environment shapes the experience just as much as the class itself. The altitude, the open sky and the uninterrupted views create a sense of distance from the everyday, even if only for an hour.
