Catch Piehaus and Pure Harvest’s Limited-Edition Menu

Piehaus and 21grams have joined forces with UAE produce company Pure Harvest for the fourth edition of Counter Culture. The collaboration has produced two seasonal dishes: a Summer Basket Phyllo Pie layered with brown butter cream cheese, strawberries, blackberries and edible flowers, and a Spanakopita Salad combining roasted beetroot, spinach, goat cheese, candied pecans and strawberry dressing. Paint, Swap and Create at Riina

Riina and We Love Art are inviting guests to share the canvas at Paint & Swap. Each participant begins with a pre-sketched canvas and has 10 minutes to add something before passing it to the next person. The paintings continue around the table, collecting new colours, brushstrokes and interpretations until they return to their original owners.

Paint Dubai’s Skyline on a Cake at Rove City Walk
