Sunny Daze is as real as they come. At just 20 years old, the Dallas-born artist is making waves in the music industry with her unique sound, genuine storytelling, and a work ethic that’s impossible to ignore. Sunny’s journey has been anything but ordinary, shaped by big dreams, a competitive spirit, and an unwavering passion for music and performing.
“I grew up in Dallas with brothers around me, so I had to have a bit of tough skin,” she laughs. “But I’ve always had a big heart for the arts.” From sports to tumbling to cheerleading, Sunny was always moving. By the time she discovered acting at age eight, she was hooked. It took some convincing to get her dad on board, but at 10, she was enrolled in an acting school while also pursuing her love of dance.
Then came music. Encouraged by her acting coach, Sunny gave it a shot—and it was love at first note. “I started performing when I was 10,” she says. “I’d do everything from mall shows to parking lots to halftime performances during cheerleading tours. It was wild, but it was also everything.”
Finding Her Sound
Sunny’s music defies simple categorization, blending pop’s mainstream appeal with R&B’s soul and urban production. “If I had to describe it, I’d say it’s authentic, warm, and true to who I am,” she shares. Her lyrics reflect her life, emotions, and thoughts, making her music feel personal and relatable.
Her creative process is just as dynamic. “I have so many ideas in my notes,” she says. “Sometimes I come into the studio with a clear vision, and other times I let the beat guide me.”
Inspiration and Evolution
As an artist, Sunny draws inspiration from many entertainers, including Beyoncé. “She’s a master of versatility,” Sunny says. “Seeing her move from pop to country to R&B is inspiring. It’s something I’d love to do as my career evolves.”
Sunny is equally adventurous in her fashion, which she describes as “sleek street style.” Growing up with brothers influenced her tomboy side, but she’s also a self-proclaimed fashionista. “Some days I’m rocking something girly, and other days I’m in oversized clothes. It just depends on my mood.”

Proud of Her Roots
As the daughter of a Lebanese family, Sunny holds her heritage close to her heart. “My dad’s one of 13 kids, and most of them are from Lebanon,” she explains. Her family’s story of immigrating to the U.S. inspires her deeply. “They didn’t even speak the language, but they built a life here. That courage and resilience is something I carry with me.”
Sunny is proud to represent her Arab heritage in her music and hopes to inspire young girls who see themselves in her. “There’s so much beauty in our culture, and I want to amplify that through my work.”
