This November, Eataly at the Beach presents an exclusive three-night culinary event with Michelin-starred Chef Fumiko Sakai. From the 20th to the 22nd, guests can savour a five-course menu (AED 265 per person) blending Italian tradition with Japanese artistry.
Highlights include seared tuna with scapece eggplant and Fine de Claire oyster sauce, turmeric risotto with ginger-marinated red mullet, and a dessert of bavarois with black tea, buffalo ricotta, and pear.
Chef Sakai, head chef at Italy’s Relais Blu, brings over 15 years of Michelin-starred expertise to this intimate collaboration.
