She’s Bringing Pop Back: Jade Thirwall’s Solo Career is Going to be Epic!

Did I stay up till midnight to hear the certified banger from Jade? YES!

The rising pop queen is back in the limelight with a song we didn’t know we needed

Jade launched her debut solo single, and it’s clear she’s taking bold steps. On Thursday evening, her first solo track, “Angel Of My Dreams,” premiered on Radio 1.

The experimental song grabbed listeners’ attention with its distinctive structure and lyrical depth, along with its tempo changing three times in just three minutes.

Adding to its uniqueness, the track features a distorted sample of Sandie Shaw’s Eurovision hit “Puppet On A String.”

The Sun claimed that Angel Of My Dreams featured a lyrical pop at Simon Cowell, when Jade sings that she “sold my soul to a psycho”, an apparent nod to the former X Factor judge’s now-defunct Syco record label.
