A highlight of the evening will be the dazzling midnight fireworks display at Atlantis, The Palm.
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal offers a unique culinary journey this New Year’s Eve. As a Michelin-starred establishment, Dinner is known for its experiential dining and storytelling, reflecting the rich tastes and flavours of British cuisine from as early as the 13th century. The special set menu features iconic dishes such as Heston’s Meat Fruit (c.1500), Beef Royal (c.1821), and the celebrated Tipsy Cake (c.1858).

The experience is enhanced by a soulful musical performance, with guests dining against the backdrop of the Ambassador Lagoon. This experience is suitable for guests aged 10 and above.
