For two exclusive nights, the internationally acclaimed Chef Massimo Bottura returns to Dubai, gracing Torno Subito with the latest edition of “Una Sera con Massimo” (An Evening with Massimo) on October 10th and 11th. From 7 pm to 11 pm, guests will embark on an authentic Italian culinary journey featuring a meticulously crafted six-course set menu, starting at AED 895 per person. The menu showcases Italian delights such as Anguilla In Saor, Vitello Alla Pizzaiola, Modena-Dubai Ribs, and more, offering a true taste of Italian culture.

Launching on October 2, Torno Subito introduces an elevated lunch experience with the new “Sapore Di Sale, Sapore Di Mare” menu. This business lunch menu, inspired by the 1960s Italian Riviera, promises a thrilling midday sojourn. Diners can select from either two- or three-course menus, priced at AED 150 and AED 175 per person, respectively. These menus will transport guests through Italy’s diverse culinary landscapes, offering classics such as Vitello Tonnato, Cacio E Pepe, Tagliatella Al Ragu, Maitake, and more.
